My work is steeped in inspiration from other artists, it based on blind contour drawings of live performance. I make several drawings of live performances and  transfer them to the substrate with an overhead projector and then find the space and movement with color. I listen to the music of the performer while I am  making the work, and sometimes add lyrical elements directly from the words of the songs.
