Daniel is the Artistic Director of a comic book themed performance company, Save The Day Productions, and a professional freelance theater director in the Philadelphia area. He is primarily known for his work with Plays & Players, for whom he has directed Take Me Out, Oleanna and the World Premiere of Early in the Mourning by P. Seth Bauer and performed as William Shakespeare in William Shakespeare's Land of the Dead.

For Save The Day Productions, he is the creator and frequent director of Super Heroes Who Are Super!, word-for-word staged readings of classic comic books, which was named Best in Philly 2010 by Philadelphia Magazine. Previously, he had very little interest or exposure to comic books. Now he likes to doodle. A lot. He also paints.
